Cardiologist-formulated fiber chews help you… Feel full faster and control your appetite to support weight loss

“As a cardiologist, I’ve witnessed the transformation that occurs when someone loses weight. Not only do they feel and look better, but they’ve saved their heart from years of added stress.

There is simply no greater favor you can do for your heart than losing weight.”
— Dr. Stephen Sinatra, M.D.

SLIM10 Fiber Chews are a tasty, heart-healthy way to:

  • Curb cravings
  • Increase satiety and reduce hunger to support weight loss
  • Promote digestive health and regularity
  • Maintain healthy cholesterol and blood sugar levels
  • Support cardiovascular health

SLIM10 Fiber Chews help you “outsmart your stomach” with a preemptive strike on hunger pangs. Just chew two SLIM10 Fiber Chews 30 minutes before a meal, twice a day, and follow with a glass of water. You’ll discover that you’re feeling much less hungry and can eat less, helping lead to weight loss.

For additional fiber intake, you can increase to 4 chews twice daily, 30 minutes before a meal, with a glass of water.

Luscious, fruity chews make fiber a pleasure

SLIM10 Fiber Chews are a mouthwatering treat! You’ll love the mixed berry flavor and soft, smooth texture—plus the convenience of having your daily fiber in a convenient, take-it-with-you form.

Getting your daily fiber doesn’t have to mean mixing and gulping down a thick slurry of gritty gunk anymore. SLIM10 Fiber Chews give your sweet tooth something really delicious to chew on!

Do you get enough fiber?

Most Americans don’t. In fact, we typically consume only 12–17 grams per day—yet it’s generally recommended that men over age 50 should consume 30 grams of fiber a day, while women over 50 should get at least 21 grams.

Chances are you’re not getting enough fiber every day. And, of course, there’s no harm in getting more than the minimum recommended amount.

Where does the fiber in SLIM10 Fiber Chews come from?

My proprietary formula is a unique blend of fibers from highly specialized, carefully researched sources. The fibers in SLIM10 Fiber Chews include…

  • Polydextrose—A soluble fiber derived from dextrose
  • Inulin—A type of non-digestible fiber found in many plants and herbs, including chicory, onions, leeks, asparagus, and artichokes
  • Bamboo fiber—Insoluble fiber extracted from bamboo
  • Oat and Soy fibers—Two more insoluble fibers from natural sources

No need to worry about carbs

Even though SLIM10 Fiber Chews are a sweet and tasty treat, they don’t pose a problem for most people who are watching their carbohydrates. In fact, the net carbohydrate count (total carbs minus fiber) for two SLIM10 Fiber Chews is a mere 3 grams.

bottle of Omega-3 SLIM (30-day supply)

Have not taken them as I should. When I do, I eat less, do not get hungry for hours, and the fiber works wonders. I always forget the ones in the evening time. I will reorder more and hopefully take them the way I should and lose some weight, too. At least, I am maintaining my weight now and not gaining! Thank you.

I'm sure they are terrific like all Dr Sinatra's products - but for me unfortunately - they worked too well and acted like a strong aperient. So I handed them to my daughter-in-law who thinks they are superb.

These chews do fill you up BUT if you start with 2 twice a day plan to spend a large amount of time on the toilet the next day! Am not sure if I'll try again.

We eat these before every meal to feel full faster, not over eat, and it keeps my kids regular. They taste great and are soft and chewy with no after taste. I bought 5 bags and got 2 free. We never want to run out. Thank you, Dr. Sinatra for another amazing product.

Don't know yet. Have been using them for about 3 weeks. Notice a reduction in appetite. Also an increase in evacuation. However, the numbers on the scale have NOT reduced.

These fiber chews do seem to help me feel full. They're very tasty and easy to eat. A word to the wise - ramp up slowly. Start with one chew at a time (with a glass of water), Then after a couple of days, try two chews. [ ... ]

Science and Quality

The Science of Fiber

Fiber is an essential component of a healthy diet and for the promotion of healthy gastrointestinal function. Fiber intake helps speed up intestinal transit, promotes regularity, and helps reduce the likelihood of constipation.

Fiber also helps to absorb toxins and promotes normal cholesterol levels, which helps maintain cardiovascular health. In addition, fiber has beneficial effects on satiety, weight management, and blood sugar control by slowing the release of sugars into the bloodstream.

Fiber can be classified as either soluble or insoluble:

  • Soluble—fiber that dissolves in water to form a gel-like material, which slows down digestion.
    • Soluble fiber prolongs stomach emptying time and helps to promote healthy cholesterol levels1 and healthy blood sugar levels.
    • Food sources of soluble fiber include oat bran, citrus, pears, nuts, flaxseed, oranges, apples, and carrots.
  • Insoluble—fiber that does not dissolve in water. Passing through the gastrointestinal tract relatively intact, these fibers are considered to promote movement of material while increasing bulk to the diet.
    • Mainly acts in the colon to add bulk and help retain water, resulting in larger and softer stools.
    • This fiber is found in foods such as wheat bran, green beans, seeds, nuts, and dark, leafy vegetables.
  • Studies suggest that increased dietary fiber along with calorie restriction helps in weight management and decreases hunger feelings.2,3

Types of Fiber in Slim10 Fiber Chews

  • Polydextrose, a soluble fiber, is a synthetic polymer of dextrose, created from glucose, sorbitol, and citric acid.
  • Inulin is a type of non-digestible oligosaccharide that is found in many plants and herbs, including chicory, onions, leeks, asparagus, and artichokes. Because inulin’s structure has a long chain with glucose terminals, it is fermented longer than other prebiotics and is believed to stimulate the growth of Bifidobacterium.
  • Bamboo fiber is insoluble fiber from the cellulose fiber extracted from bamboo.
  • Also contains oat and soy fiber, both insoluble fibers.
