Science and Quality

Proprietary Organic Fruit and Berry Blend (1 g)

Blueberry fruit powder

As one of the few fruits native to North America, blueberries have been enjoyed by Native Americans for hundreds of years. They’ve also enjoyed great popularity around the world in cuisines from Asia to the Mediterranean. Blueberries are known for providing antioxidant support.

Raspberry fruit powder

Raspberries are rich in phenolic phytochemicals that are directly related to antioxidant activities.1 Their unique shape and structure also make them a high source of dietary fiber. Raspberries are a low-glycemic index food.

Cherry powder

Cherries have been consumed since ancient times and are known to contain antioxidants and polyphenols. Polyphenols help to reduce oxidative stress in the body, as well as increase plasma antioxidant capacity.2

Strawberry powder

Strawberries have been highly ranked among dietary sources of antioxidant capacity3 and have potent antioxidant power. Antioxidants help support cardiovascular health by inhibiting LDL-cholesterol oxidation.4

Açaí powder

Açaí is native to South America, but recently became popular in the United States as a source of antioxidants. Antioxidants help to protect the cells in our bodies from the damaging effects of chemical reactions with oxygen (oxidation) and free radicals.

Pomegranate powder

Traditionally grown in the Mediterranean area and the Middle East, pomegranates have been consumed by people as early as the ancient Egyptians for their traditional remedies. The juice and seeds were considered a tonic for the heart and throat. And the rind of pomegranates and the bark of the tree were chewed for oral health.

Apple powder

Apples contain an array of polyphenols that function as antioxidants to help support overall health.

Banana powder

Although bananas are known for their potassium levels, they also contain moderate amounts of dietary fiber, which can help regulate the digestive system.

Bilberry powder

Bilberries are known for improving night vision—but that’s not all. They’re a good source of flavonoids and anthocyanins. Anthocyanins are potent antioxidants that scavenge radicals.5

Goji juice powder

Goji berries have been consumed for centuries in China in tonic soups or herbal teas. Only recently have they become popular in the West as a superfood.

Grape powder

Well known for their health benefits, grapes are one of the oldest consumed fruits. Grape skins contain antioxidants.

Maqui berry powder

Maqui berries, a native fruit of Chile, are a rich source of antioxidants. In fact, in an antioxidant capacity comparison of Chilean fruits and vegetables, maqui berries showed the highest value of antioxidants.6

Pineapple powder

A symbol of hospitality in the American South, pineapple is consumed in cuisines all around the world. It also contains antioxidants that help support overall health.

Papaya powder

Native to the tropics of South America, papaya has been traditionally used as treatment for ailments commonly seen in those areas.

Prebiotic Fiber Blend—Gum acacia, inulin (3.2 g)

Prebiotics help feed and strengthen the good bacteria in your gut. Prebiotics that include inulin were shown in multiple human studies to increase the concentrations of Bifidobacteria, the most prevalent good bacteria in your large intestine.7

Fiber Blend—Guar gum, flaxseed (500 mg)

Fiber helps promote gastrointestinal health and regular bowel movements.

Enzyme Blend—Peptidase, fungal protease, acid protease (100 mg)

Digestive enzymes help to break down large molecules of nutrients in the stomach to facilitate their absorption by the body. They are found in the gastrointestinal tracts and in saliva. Peptidase and proteases work by splitting proteins into their smaller building blocks, peptides and amino acids. These smaller units are more easily absorbed into the body.8
