How do I place an order?

Place an order by adding items to your shopping cart. The steps to do this are as follows:

1. Add any item to your shopping cart by clicking on the appropriate "Add to Cart" button located next to the product. If you change your mind as you shop, you can remove the items as needed.  Adding an item will put you in the "shopping cart."
2. Hit "Continue shopping" to add more items.
3. When you have finished shopping and have placed all the items you want in your shopping cart, click on "Proceed to Checkout."
4. If you have a Coupon you can enter it in the Coupon location and click “Apply."
5. Select an option for Checkout; you can checkout as a Guest or register to make checkout faster the next time.
6. Complete the checkout information, including the billing, shipping and credit card information.
7. After all of your information has been entered, simply click “Place Order.”
8. You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. 

How do I change the quantity of an item already in my cart?
Click on the “My Cart” link in the top right of any page.  Next change the quantity on the product you wish to update, then click the “Update QTY” button.

When will I receive confirmation that my order is being processed?
On the final order confirmation page you will click on the "Place Order" button which takes you to a page that serves as your receipt and can be printed out for your records. In addition, you will also receive an email confirming your order.

Will I receive confirmation that my order has shipped?
Yes, you will receive an email when the order has shipped from the warehouse. If you ordered multiple products that ship from different locations, you will receive multiple ship confirmations.

Can I place an order and have the shipment sent to an address other than mine?
Absolutely! On the billing and shipping page you will be prompted to indicate whether your shipping address is the same or different than your billing address. If you indicate "different," you will be prompted to enter a new shipping address.
