Perluxan™
In a randomized, double-blind pilot study, the effects of 14 days of oral supplementation with Perluxan was investigated on 36 individuals. 1 gram daily of Perluxan significantly improved pain relief. The Perluxan group had a positive change from their baseline pain scores each day of the study, in all five aspects of the study: 1) Walking on a flat surface, 2) At night while in bed, 3) While sitting or lying, 4) Standing upright, and 5) Up and down stairs.1
Meriva® Phytosome
A small, unpublished single dose trial demonstrated that 450 mg Meriva was absorbed as efficiently as 4 GRAMS of uncomplexed curcumin. Since the Meriva phytosome is only 20% curcumin, 450 mg of Meriva carries only 90 mg of curcumin but has nearly the same level of absorption in the body as 4 g of ordinary curcumin. By being attached to a phytosome, the curcumin in Meriva is made 45 times more absorbable/bioavailable than curcumin in ordinary turmeric.2

My husband loves Periva! Along with some help from our chiropractor, this product has reduced the swelling in arthritic fingers on his right hand. They've been swollen to an ugly extreme, but they could almost pass for normal. Pain's been laid to rest. He also uses Joint Advantage Plus. On the two occasions I tried Periva, I had heartburn afterward; but since I am recovering from a long illness, I don't consider that reaction standard.
I am 62 and recently retired from warehouse work. My knees hurt so bad that bending of any kind was painful. This had been going on for about five years. Ibuprofen seemed the only remedy and that for a short time. I tried both Periva and Niacinamide not expecting much. The swelling and pain began to disappear within a day. I was dumbfounded as well as embarrassed that I hadn't tried herbal remedies before this. I was overwhelmed by the positive results and intend to use your product from now on. Or, putting it another way, a five star rating isn't high enough.

Dosage:
For quick pain relief, take 2 capsules as needed. For everyday aches and pains, take 1 capsule twice daily. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24 hour time period.
